Please note that there is an extra cost for air conditioning from June 4th 2016 until September 13th 2016: - Heating is obligatory during the period 4 October to 26 April and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 50 per week. Pets are allowed on request and carry a surcharge of EUR 50 per pet per stay. Check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 50. Check-in after 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 100. Check-in on Sundays and public holidays also incurs an extra cost of EUR 50. Upon arrival guests must authorize a guarantee of EUR 600, to be charged in the case of damages.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
